What this site collects on its own
This website uses privacy-conscious analytics that count page visits without cookies and without identifying you personally. We do not run advertising trackers.
Nothing you tell us on the phone or in a callback request is ever sent to an analytics tool.

- Exactly what may be collected during prescreening — §17 Q6 is unanswered
- Retention and deletion periods for call notes and callback requests
- Whether any health information is collected, and what that triggers
- Consent and text-message language for callbacks
- Any call recording or transcription notice, if those are ever used
